Topping the Strategic Vision Total Quality Index Awards is something Chrysler has never done before. That is, until now! Fiat Chrysler was crowned the overall winner thanks to six segments leaders from Fiat, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram.
The 20-year-old awards not only measure “problems” experienced with vehicles, but include over 155 other aspects of the customer’s experience with the vehicle. This gives a much better overall picture of the quality of the vehicle.
On their way to the top spot, Fiat Chrysler went from one segment winner in 2010 to overall victory and five individual quality awards in just five years. In addition, Ram took home the overall award in Best Non-Luxury Brand. That’s pretty impressive if you ask us! The segment winners and their categories are listed below.
- Fiat 500 – Small Multi-Function Car
- Fiat 500e – Small Alternative Powertrain
- Dodge Challenger – Specialty Coupe
- Jeep Wrangler – Entry SUV
- Dodge Durango – Mid-Size SUV
- Dodge Charger- Full-Size Car
